Ah What A Beauty You Are!

I see you. I acknowledge you. “It’s not safe” is your mantra. To emerge from the shadows, and openly express your sweet sensitivity, means to be crushed, humiliated, and painfully shamed. To reveal your deep sadness, your raw vulnerability, and cry the ocean of uncried tears you carry, means to be terrifyingly exposed and annihilated.

And so you remain here, trapped in between, restless and afraid, with this inner tremor of tension as your constant companion . . . “It’s not safe.”

I see you. I acknowledge you dear friend. And I am here to let you know the very good news! That you are deeply loved, beyond measure, just as you are—just as you are! I am here to bring the true safety and support, to soothe your ancient pain, for those tensions to melt away, those tears to flow, for your sweet sensitivity to delight again in its wondrous creativity!

And who am I? I am you of course! Here to let you know how magnificent you are! To encourage you to let yourself be filled with love, to really have it—yes, you are allowed! To let your naturalness shine brightly, without restriction . . . Ah what a beauty you are.
